Had a wonderful breakfast this morning before heading for my 'prayer' class at Lighthouse. I have stong cravings for dairy products these days - had nydc cheese cake and strawberry milk. Due to low lactose intolerance, i had diarrhoea after that and need to stop between train stations (to LS) :( Cuz of that, i was late and never make it to class.My wonderful breakfast turned into a disaster morning for me.
